2025 Harvest Paulée Tickets
Join us for a soirée taking its inspiration from the Paulée de Meursault, a Burgundian Celebration held each year at the end of harvest. Steve and Liz Millier invite the local community, friends, family and winemakers to celebrate with a dinner at the Historic Murphys Hotel.  There will be dinner which includes an appetizer, a starter and some wonderful entrees to choose from (below). Of course, there will be dessert and plenty of wine!

Prime Rib

Slowly roasted to medium rare, topped with fried onion strings. Served with whipped potatoes & a roasted vegetable medley

Chicken Marsala

Tender chicken medallions lightly floured & sautéed in oil with minced garlic & mushrooms, finished in a rich marsala wine demi glace. Served with buttery pappardelle pasta & a roasted vegetable medley

Stuffed Pork Chop

Filled with Applewood bacon & brie cheese, pan seared & finished in the oven, with a spiced apple & caramelized onion chutney. Served with whipped potatoes & a roasted vegetable medley

Mushroom Wellington

Grilled Portobello mushroom stuffed with spinach, artichoke hearts & a blend of jack & whipped cream cheese, wrapped in puff pastry & baked golden brown. Served with rice pilaf & a roasted vegetable medley
