These grapes were grown in rocky soils on a ridge known as Eagle's Nest, high above the Angels Creek. The vines struggle to survive in the rocky soil; the result of their struggle is a wine that is bold and full-bodied. Everything about this wine is intense - from its deep purple color to the flavors reminiscent of blueberries and blackberries.
