Disclaimer & Policies

•   By signing up for one of these three clubs, you acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age & you authorize Milliaire Winery to charge your credit card for the cost of your selection, including any applicable taxes or shipping fees.
•   Credit cards will be charged approximately 1 week prior to any shipment.
•   Alley Cat & House Cat members will be charged 4 times annually (February, May, September, & November);
•   Calico Cat members will be charged 3 times annually (January, April, & October). The cost for each 4 bottle shipment of wine is a 20% discount on selected wines, plus CA sales tax, CRV, & shipping if applicable.
•   There are no membership fees.
•   It is your responsibility to inform Milliaire Winery of any changes of address, contact information, etc. Changes to your membership account & information may be made in person in our tasting room, by email, or by telephone.
•   Shipping costs vary by state & location. We are unable to ship to the following states: IL, MI, MS, ND, NH, NY, PA, TX, UT, VA, & WI. Shipment requires a signature & valid government-issued photo ID of someone 21 or older. Someone must be home to accept the shipment. Shipments returned to Milliaire Winery in the event of a signature issue or failure to notify Milliaire Winery of an address change may be subject to additional shipping & handling charges
•   If you choose to pick up your club orders, you will receive an email notifying you that your shipment is ready. We can hold your shipment for up to 60 days; after that, we cannot guarantee that the wines you've selected will be available or in stock.
•   Milliaire Winery wine clubs are on an automatic renewal basis, but may be cancelled any time after the receipt of one year of club shipments. There is a $50 cancellation fee if the club membership is cancelled early. One week's notice prior to any shipment is required when cancelling. You may cancel by emailing us at wines@milliairewinery.com or calling us at (209) 728-1658.
