Viognier is the rarest white grape of France’s upper Rhone Valley. We have named our wine Mistral (“mi-strahl”), which is the name of the seasonal wind that blows down the Rhone River to the sea. Our Viognier is a lovely pale golden color, with an enchanting bouquet reminiscent of green apple, pears, and honeysuckle flowers.
